| 6 of 9 people found the following review helpful:  Dumb idea for a low end card.....2GB not needed, This review is from: EVGA GeForce GT 520 2048 MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 DVI/HDMI/VGA Graphics Card, 02G-P3-1529-KR (Personal Computers) Ok, i think this card is "enough" for mainstream, the GT 520 offers just what the average non gamer user needs, so if the GPU itself is not powerfull enough to run a REAL GAME (not facebook games) why would they add more memory to it? it is just stupid, save 10$ and buy the 1GB version, the performance increase is almost imposible to notice, however since my son is getting into this of building computers, i decided to buy this card (2GB version) just for him to see the diferences, and we tried to run Black ops on it (i know it is impossible with this card) to see the performance gain between the 1gb version and the 2gb version.... the results? 2gb version got 3F/S more than the 1gb version (2GB= 17 1GB=14) all maxed out settings @ 1080p... so conclding... DO I RECOMEND THIS CARD? = NO. SHOULD YOU BUY IT IF YOU HAVE THE EXTRA 10$ = OF COURSE, MORE IS BETTER. MY RECOMENDATION= if you are on a <100$ budget i will suggest getting a 6750 or a 6670...
